G20 summit on Cryptocurrencies - they pose no threat
Let the games begin
There'll be a lot of cryptoanarchists out there who disagree with Carney.
Personally, I don't think crypto will bring financial armageddon like some believe but I think Carney is totally wrong here:
Their small size, and the fact that they are not substitutes for currency and with very limited use for real economy and financial transactions, has meant the linkages to the rest of the financial system are limited."
Crypto will force many aspects of finance and business to change. To think otherwise is a bit naive, imho. Ripple has already changed how international transfers are done.
@joes Yeah I think soon enough crypto will be getting a lot of attention (much more than they already have) for world governments.
I think this already changing things, just take Japan for instance, there a lot of development on going right there and it obvious that many nation will look closer to cryptos soon. May be China and others may be late to the party when bigger nations like USA,UK has fully key-in like Japan.
Yes! You are right ,the awareness is spreading fast .Just chect out the numbers of ICOs currently on advertisement on daily bases, though some are not serious but it shows that cryptos are on ground in my opinion.
@citycrypto Agreed. It is a slow process now but once crypto starts hitting the mainstream it will take off.
